Our Story

Sherri Mark Dove Photography showcases life’s beauty and makes memorable moments last forever.

Sherri's introduction to the world of photography began in her early years under the guidance of her father, James Mark, an esteemed Naval photographer who captured their family's memories while nurturing his own love for the craft.

Her enthusiasm for photography blossomed, along with her fascination with wildlife. Armed with her first camera, she dashed to the Oceanside Marine Study Center, where she spotted her first juvenile yellow-crowned heron.

In the years that followed, the art of photography became the main focus, growing and expanding into various forms of creative expression.

Today, we are proud to say that Sherri, through many hours of practice, formal training, and experience, now includes:

Sherri is a proud member of the Professional Photographers Association and a very active member of various local photography clubs.
